About us-Tash History:

Tarh Andishan Shahr Consulting Engineers Co. (TASH) was founded under No. 97646 as two consulting engineer consortium on 7 June, 1993. Due to necessity and emphasis of Planning and Budget Organization , TASH was ranked and qualified as an independent legal entity after 7 years in 2000.

Managing Director: Ms. Latifeh Heiat, M.A. in architecture from the University of Tehran, with 45 years of working experience in architecture and urban development.

Board of directors:

1. Mr. Mohammadreza Heiat, MSc civil engineering, head of board of directors;

2. Ms. Latifeh Heiat, MSc architecture, vice-chair of the Board;

3. Mr. Fardad Khaje Nasiri, MSc architecture, board of member.

Tash is offering architecture and urban services in Tehran central branch and Mashhad branch in the fully equipped offices.

There are nearly 40 staff at Tehran office and 120 staff at Mashhad office including architecture, urban planning experts, and the administrative personnel.

The activities wherein this group is engaged are as follows:

Architecture: Designing residential, administrative, commercial ,and religious complexes and planning and constructing residential, office and commercial buildings in Mashhad and Tehran.About 60 projects have been designed, supervised and executed to date out of which 25 ones have been completed, and the majority of them have been provided letter of satisfaction from accredited employers.

Urban planning: Preparation of master plans, development plans for small towns and cities,detailed urban plans, renovation and rehabilitation of urban run-down areas, urban land development, and urban design. About 58 projects have been referred and 48 ones have been completed and the rest are either in process or paused by the clients.

Translation and Research: Translating and publishing books, articles , and papers on architecture and urban planning

Drawing upon its unfailing, remarkable endeavors, this consulting engineers group has obtained duly qualification by Plan and Budget Organization and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
