Project status:
Steel frame structure implementation from -4 to +7 levels is completed and their ceilings have been concreted.
Building walls from level -4 to +5 is completed and is in progress in level +6 and +7.
Plastering walls has been finished in -1 and ground floor levels (commercial units).
Fireproof wall panels are installed in level -4 to +4 and the certificate is issued by the fire station department. Fireproof wall panels currently are being implemented in floors +5 to +7 levels.
Electrical and mechanical installations are in progress in the basement floors (-4 to -1 levels) with about 96% physical progress.
