Location: Mashhad – section 4 of Samen district

Project status:

This project consists of 4 phases as followings:

1st phase (block C construction): project progress is 100%–
Residential units have been delivered to the residents and have being used since 2016. Commercial units have been completed as well.

2nd phase (block D construction): project progress is 90.44%–
Finishing on residential floors is near completion. Elevators in residential floors are completed and ready for operation. The guide rails of the elevators in commercial section is installed. Installation of kitchen cabinets, valves, toilets, showers, towel dryers, wall sockets of the units and painting have been completed in level 8 to 11. In other residential floors, level 2 to 7, the installation of wardrobes, cabinets and duct doors is underway and the painting of the units is being completed. Execution of the facade with porcelain and mortar stone is completed in some parts and in other parts installation is underway. Ceramic wall and floor coverings of units are completed in commercial floors.

3rd phase (block B construction): project progress is 54.83%–
The concrete structure has been implemented up to level 11. Pouring concrete is completed in staircase number 1 up to level 10 and staircase number 2 up to level 6. Building walls of residential floors is completed up to level 11 and inner walls are done up to level 9.

4th phase (adjacent part to block B construction): Reinforcement and concreting operations of the second part of the foundation and adjacent eastern wall have been completed.
